What was read, what is dated, and what was not checked
One field per operator, taken from the operator's own published document, with a clause number and a reading date. This page sets out the rules that produced every entry, including the ones that kept entries out.
A comparison is only as good as its sourcing rules, so here are all of them, including the ones that made the tables shorter. What they produced is summarised on list of the best anonymous crypto casinos.
First: whatever the operator itself has published. Its terms and conditions, an AML policy, a help-centre article, a banking page. Any entry here that cites a clause number was pulled from one of those, and the number is given so a reader can find that same paragraph directly.
Second: the register that issued a licence. That means the Curaçao certificate portal at cert.cga.cw, plus the Anjouan public licence register. A register answers a different question from a contract and is never presented as something the operator said about itself.
Third: an archived first-party copy, used only when a live document couldn't be reached. Jack.com is the one entry here built on that, and it shows both the snapshot date and the date it was actually read. A saved copy of the operator's own page is still the operator's own words; it's just older, and that age is stated plainly.
Nothing else counts as a source. Not a competitor comparison table, not an aggregator, not a review portal or forum post. A figure that circulates about a brand with no clause behind it gets dropped rather than passed along with a caveat — that includes one widely repeated verification threshold for a brand in this record, absent from this site because no document read here actually states it.
How dates work
Every reading carries the date it was made. Eight of the ten verification clauses were read live on 2 September 2026. One came from an archived first-party copy. One — Vave — was read on 25 August 2026 by the owner of this site.
A document's own date is printed as well as the reading date, where it has one. Jack.com's general terms are dated 2 May 2022 by the operator. Metaspins' terms carry “Last update: 29.07.2026”. Rocketpot's are marked as version 2.1, edited 20 April 2021. A four-year-old clause read last week is described as both things, never as one.
Nothing is refreshed silently. A date on this site marks when the text was read, and it does not mean the text is unchanged today.

What is left empty, and why that matters
A silent field stays silent. Where a document names no threshold, no deadline or no consequence, the entry says the document does not say. It is never turned into “no limit”, which would be a promise, and never into “any amount”, which would be a warning.
An unread field is marked unread, not absent. Several operators publish their coin lists, their deposit minimums and their verification tiers only inside a logged-in cashier. Nothing was opened behind a login for this site, so those fields are unread. That is a fact about the reading, not about the operator.
A refusal is evidence about the request. Three brands could not be read at all on 2 September 2026: one returned its own restricted-area page on every path, one a challenge screen, one a fifty-character page naming the country the request came from. None of those is recorded as a country restriction and none earns a verification state. A block page seen from one machine says something about that machine.

What was never done
No account was opened, apart from two exceptions. Every other brand among the eighteen in the record was read from its documents only.
No document was submitted to any operator, and no withdrawal was requested, apart from those same two exceptions. So no other threshold on this site was tested by moving money, and no other deadline was tested by waiting.
The two exceptions are named rather than hidden. The site's owner deposited and withdrew their own money at Vave on 28 August 2026, and at TrustDice in May 2026. Nothing on the site is drawn from either test: Vave's entry is clause 8.7 of the operator's own terms, read on 25 August 2026, three days before that test.
No dormancy fee, closure or zeroed balance was observed either. The clauses on account closure are the operators' own text and nothing more.
No verification tier, limit or fee was observed in operation. Everything about consequences on failed verification is procedure printed in a contract, not an outcome anybody had.
Rules that keep material off the site
No number without a clause number. This is the rule that removes the most content, and it is the one worth keeping hardest.
No route around anything. Nothing here describes masking a location, getting around a verification request, or bypassing a self-exclusion register of any kind. Where an operator's own contract prohibits such a thing, the prohibition is quoted as a term of that contract and the subject ends at the quotation.
No legal conclusions. Instruments are cited by number and date so a reader can open them. Whether anything is lawful anywhere is a question for a lawyer in that place, and this site does not answer it — see the rules behind it and the USA page.
And no outcome dressed as a fact. A state on this site describes a document as it read on a given day — nothing about a prediction, and nothing about what happened to anyone who played there.
