The plan for this page was a list of operators whose documents state that identity checks are not required. That list has no members. Ten documents were read at first hand and not one of them says it. The state: deferred. The clause: 12, with 10 alongside it. Read: from an archived first-party copy of the operator's own url; the operator dates the terms 2 May 2022.
Clause 12 lets the operator hold a withdrawal back and confirm identity before the payout goes out, for as long as that check runs. Clause 10 adds the general right to request verification at any time, and insists on paperwork in the Latin or Cyrillic script, offering video verification where a player has neither.
What happens if it is not met: clause 10 provides that the account may be terminated and funds held, with winnings confiscated and deposited funds returned.
The registration side: seventeen possible signup fields, two of them marked required for the brand — user name and email — from an archived first-party copy dated 27 January 2026. It is the shortest documented door in the record.

The state: deferred. The clause: 8.7. Read: 25 August 2026, by the owner of this site, from section 8 of the operator's own terms.
Clause 8.7 places identity documents at the withdrawal and allows fourteen days for supplying them; the full list, from a selfie to a live video interview, is set out on the documents page. Clause 8.1 of the same section caps withdrawal processing at three days.
The licence side resolves, which is unusual in this record: held by Latcas B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, its status logged as Active and its issue date given as 19 May 2025, read in the Curaçao certificate portal on 2 September 2026. What that does and does not settle is on licence and verification.

The state: deferred. The clause: 20.1. Read: 2 September 2026.
As printed: the operator keeps standing permission to demand whatever KYC paperwork it judges necessary for confirming who a user is and where, at any point; it retains the right to restrict service, payments, withdrawals and access to funds if identity verification is not completed within 72 hours; the review on its own side may run up to seven business days; and refusing or failing that identity check ends in the funds being confiscated.
That is the only clause in the record that sets a deadline on both sides, and it is also the bluntest consequence. A separate clause, 20.2, freezes an account instead where a player tries to get past verification with forged paperwork — quoted in full on failed verification.
What is not published: the footer, the terms and the AML page all carry no licence number at all. The only body named turns up in clause 21.6, as the address for complaints about licensing.
Rocketpot
The state: deferred. The clauses: 11.4 and 12.4. Read: 2 September 2026.
Clause 11.4 puts verification ahead of any withdrawal above 0.05 BTC or its dollar equivalent of $2,500. Clause 12.4, in the same document, calls for extra procedures on any withdrawal over $2,000. The operator does not reconcile the two figures and neither does this site — both are printed as printed, and they are the only amounts anywhere in the ten. See the thresholds page.
Clause 12.2 gives thirty calendar days for supplying documents and freezes funds until they arrive. Clause 12.3 refuses the withdrawal and terminates the account where personal information was falsified. Among the acceptable proofs, clause 11.8 names a signed message from the wallet address that an earlier deposit had come from.
What this group is and is not
It is the closest the record gets to the market phrase. Four documents, each of which asks for nothing at registration and names no trigger before the payout.
It is not a recommendation and not a ranking. These four are grouped by one property of their own text. Nothing on this page says any of them is better than the five that name an earlier trigger — those are on the triggers page — and nothing here says any of them will behave in any particular way.
And it is not a promise about a payout. Every one of the four reserves the right to ask, and three of the four name confiscation somewhere in the same document. Deferred means late, not absent, as the three states page sets out.
